Sales Export Executive
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Export Executive, you will play a vital role in driving international business growth and ensuring seamless export operations.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and partners.
* Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and export-related documentation.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Manage export orders from initial inquiry through final shipment.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual business meetings as required.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export standards, and company policies.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
The following qualifications and skills are essential for this role:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and professional email communication.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
* Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates possessing the following qualifications will have an added advantage:
* Experience working with international distributors, importers, wholesalers, or B2B clients.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent systems.
* Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
* Experience in international lead generation and market research.
* Understanding of Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LC), export financing, and international payment methods.
* Experience attending international trade exhibitions, conferences, or business networking events.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
